需要申请 permit 吗？Do I need a permit?
动结构、加浴室或者做出租单位，一般都需要。需要的话我们帮你画图、申请，也会陪你应付市政府验收。Usually yes if you're changing structure, adding a bathroom or creating a rental unit. We prepare the drawings, apply for you and handle the city inspections.
怎么付款？How does payment work?
签约付 10% 定金，之后按阶段付款，验收满意再付尾款。可以用支票、e-Transfer 或刷卡。A 10% deposit when you sign, then payments by stage, with the final payment after the walkthrough. Cheque, e-Transfer or card.
装修期间可以住在家里吗？Can we live at home during the work?
大部分项目都可以。我们会封好施工区域，每天收工都清理一次。For most projects, yes. We seal off the work area and clean up at the end of every day.
质保包括什么？What does the warranty cover?
2 年工艺质保。材料按厂家质保，我们帮你联系厂家处理。2 years on workmanship. Materials carry the manufacturer's warranty, and we deal with the manufacturer for you.
